As the Director of Trial Consulting at TrustTech Legal, I work very hard, using my experience and creativity, to provide the best litigation support services to top law firms and litigators around the country. I also spend a large portion of my time marketing to those top law firms and litigators.
In the 10 years I've spent talking to attorneys and their legal teams about ways to manage and present their cases, I have learned that merely being technically proficient with computers, software and other equipment used in litigation support isn't enough. So, I try to exceed client expectations and add value to their experience of working with me by:
- Bringing new insights into old matters.
- Designing creative and beautiful presentations, animations and other trial graphics that simplify the complex ideas of the case which are new to the jury.
- Working with litigators and expert witnesses to craft their message in a way that connects with the jury on an emotional level to make them care about the case.
- Developing trust with clients by always delivering on what I promised them, backed up with flawless customer service.
