
Managing Director, Americas' Head, Digital & Creative Communications, FTI Consulting Strategic Communications Greater Chicago Area
Over the past 20+ years, Chris has worked in theatre, TV, radio, non-profit and museum leadership, dot-com and multimedia, forensic and litigation consulting, crisis communications and digital and creative production. This broad, multi-disciplinary career path has most recently led Chris to be tasked with creating and leading the Digital & Creative Communications practice for the Americas for FTI Consulting's Strategic Communications segment. Chris’ practice contributes digital/multimedia, social media & creative support for a variety of corporate client efforts ranging from special situations, energy clients, corporate reputation and investor relations, to public affairs, industrials and healthcare & life sciences. As a result, Chris and team are engaged by diverse clients such as Allstate, Bayer, Chevron, Diageo/Guinness USA, Dow Chemical, Energy In Depth, Google, Goldman Sachs, Johnson & Johnson, Microsoft, Novartis, PepsiCo, Pfizer and USG
Prior to moving to FTI's Strategic Communications sector in August 2014, Chris spent 2008-2014 in litigation consulting as the head of graphics for FTI Consulting's Chicago’s office, and worked in trial technology and in court support. From 2002-2008, he worked as the head of trial technology and business integration for Animation Technologies (now CaseSight), and a similar role at DecisionQuest, before coming to FTI’s Trial Services segment. In these roles, in addition to regional leadership, personnel development, mentoring and growth strategy, Broyles maintained a significant business development relationship and sales accountability with various law firms and end clients. As a practitioner, he consulted directly with attorneys (outside and inside counsel) on demonstrative graphics and media strategy during the pre-trial phase, as well as staffing and supporting on-site trial teams in State and Federal courts and venues using 2D and 3D animations, graphics, trial technology, expert witness visualizations and more.
