Founding partner of Pogust Braslow & Millrood LLC, having devoted my legal career to the representation of injured clients against drug companies, health institutions, and insurance companies. I have been a featured speaker on clinical trials, bioethics and pharmaceutical litigation and policy at conferences sponsored by the American Bar Association and the International Center for the Study of Psychiatry and Psychology. Additionally, I have testified before the FDA's Psychopharmacologic Drug Advisory Committee regarding the risk of suicide and antidepressants and have been counsel to numerous clients who have testified before the FDA's Subcommittees regarding the deadly risks of psychotropic medication for children and adolescents. More recently, my practice has diversified into representing consumers who have been defrauded and employees who have been illegally withheld overtime pay.
