As an attorney for more than 30 years, I can represent you in negotiations or civil litigation. As a mediator or arbitrator, I can help parties in dispute resolve their conflicts out of court. I have litigated, mediated or arbitrated many different kinds of civil disputes, including personal injury, contract, employment discrimination, civil rights, partnership, small and family-owned business, franchise, dealership, real estate, construction, consumer, and class action cases. I am certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Circuit-Civil Mediator, and I am an arbitrator for FINRA and the Better Business Bureau of Wisconsin.
Upon request, I provide informational or educational programs on conflict and dispute resolution. I also continue to be available to serve as local counsel in Wisconsin civil litigation, to conduct independent legal investigations, to render second legal opinions or neutral evaluations, and to coach parties through complex or difficult negotiations.
