Simplex processes its partners’ payments and protects them from online payment fraud. We review transactions to determine whether they are safe for processing via our real-time machine-learning system. If it’s safe, we process the payment.
When Simplex approves a transaction, it is guaranteed. The merchant can safely supply the product to the customer, with escrow if necessary, and without worrying about chargebacks. If for any reason a fraud related chargeback does occur, that’s our business. Simplex will cover it.
